sign up for Jugnoo Store Account, we require certain information such as your
first name, last name, email ID, and phone number.

To use certain features of the Jugnoo
Store Platform (such as Order Tracking), we may ask you to provide additional
information, which may include your Tracking
Number.
We do not ask for personal
data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or
philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, nor genetic data, biometric
data for the purpose of identifying a natural person, data concerning health or
data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation. However, to
the extent that by using the service you provide us with data which, isolated
or in relation to information or data processed by Jugnoo Store or the , may
reveal or permit to infer any information regarding racial or ethnic origin,
political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union
membership, nor genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health or data
concerning your sex life or sexual orientation, you consent to the processing
of such data for the purpose of providing the Service.

services you use and how you use them as well as the you visit. This
information is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract between
you and us, to enable us to comply with legal obligations and given our
legitimate interest in being able to provide and improve the functionalities of
the Jugnoo Store Platform.

you use certain features of the Jugnoo Store Platform, we may collect

information, unique identifiers, crash data, cookie data, and the pages you’ve
viewed or engaged with before or after using the Jugnoo Store Platform.

Store Platform currently does not respond to a “Do Not Track” signal in the

Jugnoo Store may collect
information, including personal information, or obtain information from other
sources and combine that with information we collect through the Jugnoo Store
Platform. We do not control, supervise or respond for how the third parties
providing your information process your Personal Information, and any
information request regarding the disclosure of your personal information to us
should be directed to such third parties.

(e.g. Google, Facebook), the third party service may send us information such

Store, the person who invited you may submit personal information about you
